Tess Posner is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021, and the CEO at AI4ALL. Tess is a social entrepreneur working to increase equity, inclusion and diversity in the tech economy. Tess has previously been the Managing Director of TechHire. TechHire helps underrepresented Americans start careers in the Technology industry. They partner with education providers from across the tech community to teach in-demand skills to people who want to take part in the modern economy—from overlooked youth, to veterans, to the long-term unemployed. Then, TechHire helps them find jobs by connecting them to a network of employers looking for tech talent. Tess has been volunteering with i4j Innovation for Jobs by IIIJ Foundation for many years, and continues to do so. The foundation's main cause is economic empowerment. It is a leadership forum collaborating and discussing innovation for jobs and disrupting unemployment.
