At DataEthics4All Foundation we believe privacy policies should help you understand how your data is being used and provide you with a fair choice to control it. Any personal information we collect is stored and processed in the USA, and where our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. When you give us your information you consent to it’s transfer overseas.
If this transfer overseas results in transfer outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) we shall ensure that it’s protected by appropriate safeguards. These safeguards include those approved by the European Commission, binding corporate rules, and other legally acceptable means.

In an acquisition context we may also have a new data controller and data protection officer, and their details would be passed onto you.
Limits of our policy
Our site, social media profiles and product/service offerings may link to external sites that are not operated by us. In such an event please be aware that we cannot control the content or policies of those sites, and do not accept responsibility or liability for their privacy practices.
Governing Law and Severability
This Agreement and its terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Court of Chancery in the State of Delaware, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. The Requestor submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Chancery located in Delaware. All disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Policy, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. If for any reason any provision of this Agreement is adjudicated to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to this policy
We may update our privacy policy at our discretion if our privacy practices change. Your continued use of this site after any changes to our privacy policy and practices will be viewed regarded as acceptance of such changes. Please check this page periodically to be aware of any changes.
