Pamela Michelle Jasper is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021. She's a Member of the DataEthics4All Think Tank Community and the CEO at Jasper Consulting who helps her clients develop trust in their AI products by integrating on-the-ground AI Ethics Governance Frameworks. She has created an AI Ethics Governance anti Bias framework called FAIR - based on proven bank methods. Pamela is a seasoned program manager with over 30 years of experience developing front office trading and middle office risk applications with a strong Financial Risk Management experience. Her Strong market risk experience includes VaR, expected shortfall, stress testing, exponential weighting and credit/counter party risk experience. As a PMO Division Lead at Morgan Stanley, Pamela was responsible for over 65 projects and programs. Pamela is a Private Pilot (fixed wing, helicopter) and is the Founder/Director of youth aviation non-profit programs including Aviation Career Education (ACE) camp in New Jersey and helicopter based Santa Copter Christmas charity in NYC.
