Lucia DiNapoli.

For the last three years, DiNapoli has built a portfolio of projects and initiatives that drive excellence at the #1-ranked school of nursing in the world. She is responsible for leading organizational change to accelerate process improvements, develop innovative product and service lines, and cultivate an inclusive culture that nurtures the largest workforce in healthcare – nurses. She integrates design thinking into cross-functional, cross-disciplinary projects. For the last 12 years, she has innovated strategies to improve everything from staff relations to a heightened awareness of sustainability and climate change. In 2019, she opened Trajectory Consulting, a firm focused on enhancing organizational performance through innovative thinking and executive coaching. That year, she was also a finalist in the “Your Big Idea” Challenge powered by the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation for the next meaningful mental health and wellness solutions. DiNapoli has a BA in Communications and Environmental Studies and a Master’s in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Resource Management. She is currently working on her MPhil in Organizational Consulting and Coaching. DiNapoli is fascinated by the intersection of health, environment – built and natural, innovation, and social justice.
