Liz Dimmock is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021, and the Founder and CEO of Moving Ahead. Liz's work at Moving Ahead is dedicated to bringing about positive, tangible change for individuals, organizations and wider society. She specializes in structured developmental mentoring – with a focus on creating inclusion and diversity across the nine protected characteristics and beyond – as well as inclusive leadership and women’s development. She has led the design and delivery of more than 500 organizational programs. She also consults and collaborates with organizations on their inclusion and diversity roadmaps, creating the ecosystems required to transform and grow inclusive cultures. One of Liz's achievements is the launch of the global Summit Series by Moving Ahead. Inspired by TED, these three annual events and film collections for International Women’s and Men’s Days, and National Inclusion Week, showcase truly diverse stories, keynotes and performances. She was also an ambassador and working group lead for the 30% Club campaign, and to have received Queen’s honors for services to gender equality in 2019. Further acknowledgments include ‘Coaching and Mentoring Person of the Year’ by Coaching at Work, ‘Rising Star Gender Champion Award’ by We are the City, one of the ‘50 Most Influential Women in Sport’ by the Independent and ‘One to watch’ by Brummel.
