Jacqueline Martinez Garcel is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021, and is the CEO at Latino Community Foundation. Jacqueline is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience working on issues of equity, community wellbeing, and health policy. She has published extensively on issues related to health equity, vulnerable populations and community health workers. She is passionate about elevating the voice of communities, pursuing equity for those who have been marginalized, and using philanthropy as a catalyst for tangible, enduring social change. Jacqueline has previously served as Vice President of the New York State Health Foundation, as Executive Director for the Northern Manhattan Community Voices Collaborative, and as an NIH fellow for the Merida Department of Public Health in Yucatan, Mexico.
