Esosa Johnson is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021, and the Co-founder of Black Women Talk Tech. Esosa joined Citigroup in 2008 as Management Associate for the Consumer Bank. In this 2 year rotational development program, she served on the a Project Management team for Branch Marketing and Sales programs which involves marketing initiatives, and strategic business development for the Retail Bank. She spearheaded various projects such as managing and co-coordinating the community engagement initiatives for many of the ``Our promise`` marquee events, a national marketing initiative and the second phase of the retail strategy program implementation. One of Esosa's most recent projects involved creating the marketing plan program for Union Square Anchor branch which includes a sponsorship with New Green City- Grow NYC and Union Square Partnership. After previously supporting the Park Slope branch as the acting Branch Manager, of which she managed a staff of 15 and over 400 million in consumer deposits. She has also supported the Bay Ridge branch location in Brooklyn, NY in the same capacity. For 3.5 years, she served as a Citi Cards' Program Manager for Balance Growth division. She manage the monthly marketing campaigns and the execution of Balance Transfers for our millions of customers.
