On International Women’s Day, it gives us great pleasure to announce the launch of DataEthics4All’s AI DIET Returnship Program for Women+.
An inclusive program to help Women+ in Tech with a Career Gap to Re-enter the Workforce.
DataEthics4All Foundation is launching an AI DIETᵀᴹ Returnship Program exclusively for Women+ to help experienced workers in tech who took a break from the workforce for a few years to raise children, care for a sick parent, deal with an illness, or for military service and would like to re-enter the workforce.
DIETᵀᴹ stands for Data, Diversity, Inclusion, Impact, Ethics, Equity, Teams and Technology and we feel that this new definition of Diversity and Inclusion in Tech is necessary to Build A Better AI World Together!!
The AI DIET Returnship Program is for anyone who identifies themselves as a Woman, has worked in Tech, cares about the ethics of the entire end-to-end data science pipeline and all it’s use cases including Artificial Intelligence.
This 12 week Returnship will help those who already have several years of experience working in the tech world, and would like to rebuild their technical skills.
The Program will provide Mentoring support from our DataEthics4All Community of 1100+ Global leaders from 54 Countries at the intersection of Data, Technology, Policy, Ethics and Social Impact
and an opportunity to work on a real life project that can be showcased to a potential employer along with star recommendations from Mentors who’ve worked with you.
