In this exciting presentation from the Ethics4NextGen AI Youth Council on Breaking Barriers of Entry in Tech, Rohil, Ronak, Sara, Siyona, Josephine, and Druthi begin by outlining their goal of empowering and inform today’s youth about AI and ethics and technology in order to ensure a better and more sustainable future. The panelists present the case for seeking an arsenal of tutors internationally to support the five million students over five years from underprivileged backgrounds since it’s nearly impossible to reach out to our current youth generation without financial backing.
The team pitch for support in raising funds through the Navsgrant scheme, which will allow them to recruit a committed group of tutors, career counselors, and hire professionals to recruit, train and manage tutors’ volunteers and the technical curriculum. Their goal is ambitious and they look forward to making a positive impact on society by supporting 5 million students in the next 5 years to break barriers of entry in tech!
