Sandy Robert is a DataEthics4All Top 100 DIET Champion 2021, and the CEO at Association for Women in Science. Sandy is a strategic, collaborative, results-driven leader who brings over 25 years of progressive advancement to the STEM non-profit sector, including over eight years as a CEO. She is passionate to advance the equitable participation and advancement of women and those from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM fields. Association for Women in Science is the leading association for women in science in the U.S. It has increased offerings on workforce and career services to provide talent access to partners, and professional development to members. They have managed the organizational financial position and assets effectively through development of key performance indicators, a dashboard, and increased communication with the Governing Board. They also developed operational diversity, equity and inclusion practices to reflect AWIS’ mission and values as a diversity-based organization.
