March 9th, 2023
Thrilled to welcome Simi Hunjan as our newest Member of the DataEthics4All Foundation’s Leadership Team.
Simi is a Senior Software Manager at Swirlds Labs, a web3 distributed ledger company.
Prior to entering the tech world, Simi worked in healthcare at Children’s Hospital Oakland, UCSF, and a health care start up called Hennessy Wellness whose goal was to provide patient centric care for patients going through surgery.
She received her most recent degree from University of Pacific in Data Science.
In her free time, Simi organized a program with a local foster care organization where she matched foster students with secret santas so that they too could enjoy the holiday spirit and feel part of a greater community. She enjoys making jewelry and learning about other technologies in her free time.
